Jeanine Slot

Jeanine Slot is an experienced professional in product management and customer service, currently serving as the Head of Product at Centric since January 2019, where previous roles included Product Owner and Scrum Master. Prior to this, Jeanine worked at Bovertis B.V. from October 2012 to January 2019 as Manager of Customer Care, overseeing the customer service department for a payment solutions provider. Jeanine also held positions as Operational Manager at Verza Facility Management BV and Reed Business, and as Assistance Service Manager for Nespresso in the Benelux and UK regions. Jeanine holds a master's degree in communication from Radboud University and has pursued additional studies in Communication and Media Studies at the University of Sunderland.
