Melanie Ruic is a seasoned leader in CRM and lifecycle marketing with extensive experience in developing and executing strategies that enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and retention across various industries. Currently serving as Director of CRMCentric Brands since December 2024, Melanie oversees cross-channel CRM initiatives for premium brands including Favorite Daughter and Herve Leger. Prior to this role, Melanie provided consulting services to startups as a Fractional CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Strategic Consultant. Previous positions include Director of CRM at Grubhub, where oversight of a team of 12 focused on maximizing customer lifetime value, and Director of Retention at Boxed and Foot Locker, where strategies were implemented to drive loyalty and repeat purchases. Melanie holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
