Rosa Ling

Rosa Ling has an extensive background in Human Resources, with a focus on business partnerships and leadership roles. Rosa is currently the Vice President of Human Resources Asia at Centric Brands. Prior to that, they held roles such as Senior Human Resources Lead/Business Partner at Dr. Martens - Airwair International Ltd and Training Instructor/Coach at Gordon Training International. Rosa also worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Makan Aotearoa Limited in New Zealand.

Rosa has significant experience in the apparel and footwear industry. Rosa served as the Human Resources Director/Business Partner at VF Corporation, where they were responsible for various aspects of the company's supply chain operations in Asia. Rosa also held the position of Human Resources Director in the Asia Supply Chain division at Timberland, a VF Company. Before joining these companies, Rosa worked as a Human Resources Manager at Carben Ltd., overseeing HR operations and implementing new policies and procedures.

Rosa Ling completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Western Sydney in Australia from 2001 to 2003. Rosa later pursued a Graduate Diploma in Applied Management at the Ara Institute of Canterbury from 2019 to 2020. Additionally, Rosa holds a Higher Diploma in Hotel and Catering Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. In terms of certifications, they are a certified instructor from Gordon Training International, a certified behavioural consultant in DISC Personality Style from the INSTITUTE FOR MOTIVATIONAL LIVING INC, and has obtained a 360 Assessment Certification from the Center for Creative Leadership. Furthermore, they are a DDI Certified Trainer from DDI | Development Dimensions International.
