Byron Walters

Byron Walters began his career as a software engineer for 10 years and then migrated to technical project management and consulting. He specializes in helping organizations bridge the gap between technical solutions and business vision and strategy.

Byron has niche experience as a certified PMP project manager since 2006 and has consulted with clients in a broad array of areas including PMO development and assessment, business and technical transformation, tenant implementations and migrations, and managed services support.

Byron currently leads the Modern Workplace Managed Services offering to support the clients and their M365 platform and environment. He is also responsible for creating the managed services framework and business model based on continuous improvement and collaboration with other offerings within the firm.
