Debbie Crow

Debbie Crow is an accomplished change management consultant with extensive experience in corporate communications and strategic change programs. As the Principal of Four Crows LLC since August 2019, Debbie focuses on improving client performance through collaborative change initiatives. Previous roles include serving as the Director of Corporate Communications at Greif, Inc., where responsibilities included leading communications during major acquisitions and the COVID-19 pandemic. With a proven track record in change management efforts at The Andersons and Cooper Tire & Rubber Company, Debbie has a rich background in developing strategic messaging across global entities. Additionally, academic contributions include teaching strategic public relations at Bowling Green State University. Debbie holds an Executive Master's in Organization Development from Bowling Green State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Religious Studies from Ball State University.
