Nicole Gilliland

Nicole Gilliland is an experienced professional with a diverse background in audit, risk consulting, and mortgage servicing. Currently serving as an Audit & Risk Consultant at The Mako Group, LLC since May 2023, Nicole has previously held multiple roles at Freedom Mortgage from February 2016 to May 2023, including Foreclosure Specialist III FHA First Legal and Business Analyst. Additional experience includes serving as a Single Point of Contact Relationship Manager at Carrington Mortgage Services and various positions in the legal and customer care sectors. Nicole holds a Bachelor's degree in General Studies from Eastern Illinois University and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Kaskaskia College, along with a Certificate in Nail Technology from Lake Land College.
