Zach Hobbs

Zach Hobbs is an experienced IT Senior Systems Analyst currently working at Centric Consulting since November 2022, where responsibilities include system administration for various internal SaaS applications and leading implementation projects for systems that support employee performance and surveys. Previously, Zach served as an IT Senior Systems Analyst at Allstate, managing over 100 SaaS applications in the HR portfolio, leading key implementations, and coordinating extensive user access management efforts. With a strong background in HRIS analysis and consulting, Zach has also worked with multiple organizations to enhance and automate HR processes, significantly improving data management and reporting capabilities. Zach holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Computer Information Systems from Louisiana Tech University, achieving a 4.0 GPA.
