Donal Bailey

Donal Bailey has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Donal is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Care-Connect, a company that aims to revolutionize healthcare delivery through data-driven and innovative primary healthcare services. Care-Connect provides personalized digital and in-person clinical programs, care planning, chronic disease management, and wellness support. Prior to this role, Donal served as the Director of Innovation and Head of Clinical Innovation at Centric Health. Donal also worked as a General Practitioner and Project Lead for Clinical Service Development at Centric Health. Additionally, Donal has been actively involved in Irish Digital Health Leadership Steering Group as the Vice Chair. Donal started their career as a GP registrar and later served as a Senior House Officer at Health Service Executive. Donal also worked as a Demonstrator at Trinity College Dublin.

Donal Bailey's education history begins with their enrollment at Trinity College Dublin from 2004 to 2009, where they pursued a degree in Medicine (MB, BCh, BAO). Following this, they attended Queen Mary University of London from 2010 to 2011, specializing in Sports and Exercise Medicine and obtaining a Master of Science (MSc) degree. In 2020, Donal attended Harvard Business School to study Value Based Health Care. Additionally, in June 2016, they obtained a certification as a Member of the Irish College of General Practitioners from the Irish College of General Practitioners.
