Ryan O'Donnell has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ryan began their career as an Assistant General Manager at Irish Thoroughbred Marketing in 1998, where they worked until 2001. In this role, they focused on developing domestic and international markets for Irish Thoroughbred racehorses.
From 2003 to 2004, O'Donnell served as a District Manager at Lidl Ireland, where they were responsible for recruitment, store presentation, performance management, and regional support. Additionally, they managed the regional distribution center's Goods-In department.
In 2004, O'Donnell joined Dunnes Stores as a Manager in Training and later became a Manager at the Blanchardstown and Cornelscourt locations. Most recently, O'Donnell worked at Tusla - Child and Family Agency as the Head of Workforce Planning in 2017. Ryan was responsible for workforce planning initiatives before joining Centric Health in 2018 as a Regional Operations Manager.

In 1998-1999, Ryan pursued a Higher Diploma in Marketing Practise at the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, focusing on Market Research and Management.
