Madison Adler

Madison Adler has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and logistics. Madison began their career as a Supervisor at Randstad USA, where they managed and processed payroll for a team of seasonal virtual contractors. Madison then worked as a Human Resources Coordinator, providing in-house HR services for a high-volume client. Additionally, they served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, driving growth in the Office & Administrative Division by sourcing and screening candidates. Madison's expertise in HR continued at MidSouth Electric Co-op, where they implemented a new HRIS system and administered FMLA and disability paperwork. Most recently, they joined Centric Infrastructure Group as a Human Resources Generalist, serving as a main point of contact for HR-related inquiries and supporting company policies and procedures. Prior to their HR roles, Madison worked as a Logistics Specialist at Aon, managing inventory and processing reports.

Madison Adler has obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management from Sam Houston State University. Additionally, Madison is currently in the process of obtaining the SHRM-CP certification from the SHRM institution.
