Heather Mason

Heather Mason has extensive work experience in the energy industry. Heather is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Centrica Energy Trading A/S, where they are part of a small leadership team responsible for transforming a physical energy trading and renewables asset management business. Heather has direct responsibility for ensuring excellent daily operations and delivery of large-scale system change projects. Prior to this role, Heather worked at Centrica for many years in various positions, including Chief of Staff/Head of Strategy for Centrica Business, Global Head of Business Management for Energy Marketing & Trading, Head of Trading Operations & Control for Energy Marketing & Trading, Origination and Contracts Manager for Centrica Energy Midstream, and Senior Commercial Gas Analyst. Heather started their career at Centrica through their Graduate Scheme. Throughout their career, Heather has demonstrated expertise in strategic development, commercial strategy, and operational management.

Heather Mason attended Queen Elizabeth Sixth Form College, Darlington, where they obtained A-Levels in Mathematics & Statistics, Economics, Business Studies, and General Studies with 2A and 2B. Heather later pursued an MA Hons degree in Economics & Business at Heriot-Watt University.
