Becki Brunetti

Becki Brunetti is an experienced professional in Learning and Development, currently serving as the L&D Mandatory and Compliance Partner at Centrica since April 2018. In this role, Becki is responsible for developing and embedding the Mandatory Training strategy across all roles, promoting a culture of learning while providing governance to mitigate risk. Previous roles at Centrica include Induction, Training and Competence Manager and Capability Manager, where Becki focused on colleague induction and talent development. Prior to Centrica, Becki held key positions at British Gas as a Senior Resourcing Business Partner, and at Betfair as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, where strategic talent management and resourcing strategies were developed and implemented. Becki began the career as a Recruitment Advisor at Northgate and has consistently demonstrated expertise in recruitment, talent management, and organizational capability throughout a diverse professional journey.
