Ciara Rutherford has over a decade of experience in customer experience and employee engagement, currently serving as Employee Experience Manager at Centrica since November 2018. Previously, at British Gas from November 2010 to October 2018, Ciara held multiple positions, including Senior Customer Experience Manager, where a promotion from Customer Journey Manager was achieved in 2017. Additional roles at British Gas include Process Owner for Customer Experience & Change and Process Analyst for Join Journey- Energy, along with positions in customer communications and service. Ciara holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature & History from the University of Liverpool, completed in 2009.
