Daniel Kasmir

Daniel Kasmir is an experienced professional currently serving as an Operating Partner for Portfolio Talent at Triton Partners, a value-focused investor in the European Mid Market, since April 2024. Alongside this role, Daniel is a Trustee and Board Member at Lowry Arts Centre, contributing to strategic planning and governance. Previously, Daniel chaired the Employment Board at HMP Thorn Cross, facilitating sustainable job placements for prisoners, and held leadership positions at TalkTalk as Chief People and Procurement Officer and interim Chief People Officer.
