Sanna Siniketo

Sanna Siniketo is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and human resource management. Since September 2006, Sanna has served as the Senior Vice President of People and Leadership at Sofigate, focusing on leadership refinement, talent acquisition, coaching, and competence development, while also holding a position on the Boards of various Sofigate companies. Prior to this role, Sanna was the Senior Vice President of Business Operations at Sofigate, overseeing business support and leading the Practise Owners team. Sanna's earlier career includes roles such as HR Manager at WM-data and Admin. Manager at both Bellstream Oy and Magnolia Ventures Oy. Sanna's foundational experience in HR and administration was developed at Stonesoft as the HR&Admin. Manager. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree from Espoonlahti Business School, education at Open University, and a high school diploma from Haukilahti High School.
