Aravind Ramamoorthy has gained extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Aravind then joined LivePerson in 2016 as a Customer Success Manager, where they ensured the success of enterprise clients in different verticals. Aravind acted as a strategic advisor to major Australian brands, delivering transformation projects in customer engagement.

Most recently, in 2022, Aravind joined Centrical as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, they manage a portfolio of enterprise customers in APAC, focusing on onboarding, retention, and expansion. Aravind provides consultative guidance on advanced gamification and micro-learning to promote employee success.

Aravind Ramamoorthy completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Telecommunications from the University of South Florida. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University of Madras, which they attended from 1995 to 1999. Additionally, in July 2020, they obtained a certification in LivePerson AI Native from LivePerson.
