Eddie Lanciano has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Eddie started working at Hewlett Packard Enterprise in 1999 as an Integration team member and eventually became a Production Line Manager. In 2010, they became self-employed as a Carpentry Manager and Owner. Eddie then joined Hewlett-Packard Indigo in 2013, where they held several positions, including a WW Customer Success Technical Support Tier 4 Team Leader and a WW Customer Success Support Team Leader. In 2018, they joined Mintz Lab Systems LTD as a Customer Success/Production Manager. Currently, Eddie Lanciano is working at Centrical as a Technical Support Specialist.

Eddie Lanciano began their education journey in 1997 at Tel Aviv University, where they pursued a degree in Practical engineering with a focus on Mechanical Engineering (Mechantronica) until 1999. Eddie then furthered their academic pursuits at The Open University of Israel from 2002 to 2008, earning a degree in Sociology and Management.

In 2020, Eddie Lanciano enrolled at John Bryce, where they completed a BI Developer program. During this program, they gained expertise in various areas, including SQL and ETL Process with SSIS, OLAP Developer SSAS, and BI reports Developer using Tabular and Power BI. Eddie completed their studies at John Bryce in 2021.
