Eric Munoz has an extensive work experience spanning different industries and roles. Eric is currently working as a Customer Success Manager at Centrical since September 2021.
Prior to that, Eric worked at Accenture for over six years, starting as a Technology Consulting Analyst and progressing to Management Consulting Manager. During their time at Accenture, they were involved in various change management and training projects for clients. Eric led change, training, and communication efforts for a large SAP S/4 HANA deployment at a chemicals company, where they designed the change strategy, developed automated reports, and established a network of change agents.
Eric also served as a Manufacturing Engineering Associate Intern at General Mills, where they managed the construction of capital projects at a manufacturing facility. As a Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineer Intern at Texas Instruments, they worked on improving the quality and yield of products. Eric also had a co-op position at GE Aviation, where they focused on creating safety risk assessments.
Additionally, Eric gained research experience as part of the Research Experiences for Undergraduates program at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. There, they conducted research on super hydrophobic surfaces and characterized micro features using microscopy techniques.

Eric Munoz completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez. Eric attended the university from 2008 to 2014. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a certification in Project Management from the College of Engineering at UPRM in December 2014. Eric also holds a certification as an Open Water Diver from PADI, which they obtained in April 2012.
