Hila Elihay

Hila Elihay has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple companies and roles. Hila is currently working at Centrical as a Director of Customer Success, leading the customer success team and ensuring customer satisfaction. Prior to that, they were a Customer Success Team Lead at Centrical, responsible for managing and guiding the team. Before joining Centrical, Hila worked as a Customer Success Manager at Micro Focus (formerly HP / Hewlett Packard Enterprise), where they played a vital role in onboarding and implementing products and services. Hila also has experience as a Test Engineer and project focal point at Nova Measuring Instruments, as well as an Application Engineer at Applied Materials. Overall, Hila has a strong background in customer success, project management, and technical roles.

Hila Elihay completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2005 to 2008.
