Linat Polak Mart

Linat Polak Mart has a strong background in product management and strategy. They currently hold the position of VP Product at Centrical since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at LivePerson where they held various roles including Head of Product Experience, UX & Product Marketing from January 2020 to April 2022, Director of Product Management, Strategy and Go To Market from November 2018 to December 2019, and Director of Product Solutions Management from December 2014 to November 2018. Before LivePerson, Linat worked as a Product Management and Strategy Consultant for startups from November 2013 to July 2014. They also had an extensive tenure at NICE Systems, where they held positions such as Director of Portfolio Management from January 2012 to October 2013, Director of Product Management from July 2009 to January 2012, Product Manager from July 2006 to June 2009, and Software Team Leader from May 2004 to June 2006. Linat demonstrated their skills in managing product vision, roadmap, and cross-functional teams, as well as successfully launching new products and leading complex projects.

Linat Polak Mart has a diverse education history. Linat obtained their Master's degree in Business Management from Tel Aviv University from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Reichman University between 1998 and 2001. As part of their studies, Linat also attended The Wharton School as an exchange student in 1999 and 2000, focusing on CS and Management. In addition to their formal education, Linat has obtained several certifications from Pragmatic Institute. Linat achieved PMC Level I in June 2021, followed by PMC Level III and PMC Level II in July 2021. Linat'smost recent certification, PMC Level IV, was obtained in November 2021.
