Ranjeeta Jagoowani has a diverse range of work experience, starting from their role as a Masterfile Data Management/Technician Trainer/Specimen Processing at Dynacare Laboratories from May 2010 to October 2019. In this position, they were responsible for managing masterfiles, training technicians, and processing specimens.

After that, from February 2020 to October 2020, they worked as a Laboratory Technician at Doctors Hospital. Here, they gained hands-on experience in laboratory procedures and techniques.

From September 2021 onwards, Ranjeeta worked at The Hospital for Sick Children in two different roles. Firstly, as a Clinical Research Project Assistant, where they played a vital role in COVID-19 research projects, including data input, consent processes, and recruitment. Additionally, they performed tasks like PBMC separations, phlebotomy, and marketing content creation.

Lastly, starting from May 2022, they joined Centricity Research as an Assistant Operations Manager - Clinical Research. Here they managed a team of research assistants and trainees, built relationships with key stakeholders, and supervised the operations team. Ranjeeta also had experience in statistical analysis, trial management, customer service, and training new employees.

Ranjeeta Jagoowani holds a Diploma in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Technician from Robetech Institute. Ranjeeta also obtained a Diploma and Certificate in Education/Teaching of Individuals in Early Childhood Special Education Programs from Humber College, along with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from the same institution.

In addition to their education, Ranjeeta has acquired several certifications. Ranjeeta has completed Advanced studies in Special Needs Certificate from Humber College. Ranjeeta also holds certifications in ICH- Good Clinical Practices, Joint Health and Safety Committee, Lean Six Sigma- Yellow Belt, Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) from the Medical Laboratory Professionals' Association of Ontario (MLPAO), and OSMT from the same institution. Furthermore, they have received Super user training in R45 from Omnitech Labs.
