Shiril Oberoi

Shiril Oberoi's work experience includes a role as the Head of Total Rewards & HR Excellence at Centrient Pharmaceuticals starting in 2023. Before that, they worked at Cvent as a Senior Manager of Total Rewards & People Analytics from 2019 to 2023 and as a Manager of Total Rewards from 2015 to 2019. From 2011 to 2015, Shiril was a Manager of Human Resources at Toluna Corporate. Prior to that, they worked at Bajaj Capital Ltd as an Assistant Manager of HR from 2010 to 2011. Lastly, they served as an Assistant Manager of HR at Interactive Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd from 2005 to 2010, where they streamlined HR activities and managed various HR programs and operations.

Shiril Oberoi completed a BBA degree at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, from 1986 to 2000, Shiril attended Hans Raj Model School where they completed their Higher Secondary education with a focus on Commerce.
