Andrea Pedersen

Andrea Pedersen has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Andrea began their career as an Associate Registrar/Adjunct Instructor at Cleveland Chiropractic College in 2006. In this role, they conducted training programs, managed student records, and updated various databases.

Andrea then moved on to work at Catapult Learning as a Center Director/Lead Instructor from 2008 to 2010. Here, they successfully met educational goals, recruited at-risk students, and supervised instructors and students across multiple locations.

After that, Andrea joined Pinnacle Career Institute as the Director of Education from 2010 to 2012. Andrea'sresponsibilities included building relationships with students, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their re-entry into the school.

Since 2012, Andrea has been associated with Centriq Training, initially serving as the Director of Career Operations. Andrea then progressed to the position of Director of Training & Engagement, where they oversaw operations and teams in various locations, managed curriculum updates, and conducted leadership and management trainings. Andrea currently holds the position of Vice President of Training Operations.

Throughout their career, Andrea Pedersen has demonstrated strong leadership skills, exceptional management abilities, and a commitment to student success and growth.

Andrea Pedersen obtained their education in a chronological order. Andrea first attended Southeastern Community College from 1996 to 1997 and earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree. Andrea then pursued a Bachelor of Education (BEd) degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Iowa Wesleyan University, completing their studies from 1997 to 1999.

After a gap in their educational pursuits, Andrea went on to pursue a Master of Science (M.S) degree in Leadership for Higher Education from Capella University, which they completed from 2008 to 2011.

In addition to their formal degrees, Andrea has also obtained various certifications. In April 2005, they acquired the "Education, Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment-State of Missouri" certificate from the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. Later, in May 2021, they obtained the "Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate" from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education. In June 2021, Andrea completed the "Leading Diverse Teams & Organizations" course from the University of Michigan through Coursera. Andrea'smost recent certification is the "Professional in Human Resources (PHR)" from HRCI, obtained in March 2023.
