Michelle Ledoux

Michelle LeDoux is an experienced IT professional with a background in administrative support and technical system management. Currently serving as an IT Administrator Student at Centriq Training since June 2012, Michelle has developed expertise in IT Network Administration. Previous positions include Sales & Administrative Services at Shelter Insurance, where Michelle provided administrative support during peak seasons and processed insurance claims, as well as Payroll & Benefit Services Administrator at the University of Colorado, where Michelle maintained confidentiality while supporting payroll and benefits operations. Additional experience includes roles at Forest Oil Corporation as an eBusiness & IT Applications Software Support Analyst, focusing on user support and data management, and positions in enrollment and billing at Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. Michelle holds a BSIT in Web/Multimedia Management and Webmaster from the University of Phoenix and completed the IT/Network Administrator Track at Centriq.
