Andrea Bernardi

Andrea Bernardi is a prominent academic with extensive experience in organizational behavior and employment studies. Currently serving as a Professore associato at Centro Alti Studi per la Difesa since June 2023 and a Docente at SNA - Scuola Nazionale dell'Amministrazione since January 2019, Andrea previously held the position of Senior Lecturer in Employment and Organization Studies at Oxford Brookes University until September 2023. Prior roles include Senior Lecturer at Manchester Metropolitan University and Assistant Professor at the University of Nottingham. As a Finnish Government Visiting Scholar at the University of Helsinki, Andrea contributed significantly to organizational research. Additionally, experience as a Professore a contratto at Università degli Studi Roma Tre and University of Rome "La Sapienza" complements a solid academic foundation.
