Armando Jimenez, MPH, CPH, currently serves as the Director of Language Services at Oregon Health & Science University, a position held since January 2023. Jimenez has also contributed to the Oregon Public Health Association as a Member of the Board of Directors since October 2022 and to the Hillsboro Community Foundation in a similar capacity since February 2022. As Chair of the Board of Directors for the Centro Cultural de Washington County since July 2016, Jimenez has been involved in board activities in the community. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Program Coordinator for Washington County until January 2023 and various roles at OHSU Health Hillsboro Medical Center, including Service Branch Director. Jimenez holds a Master of Public Health from Oregon Health & Science University and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health from Portland State University.

Centro Cultural de Washington County
For the past 52 years Centro has been led by the Latino community to mobilize change, foster belonging and build prosperity for all. Since 1972, Centro has built systems to improve the health and economic mobility of underserved communities in Washington County. We provide multigenerational and culturally-specific services through the following core program areas: K-12 STEAM education, workforce development, small business technical assistance, public engagement, civic advocacy, community health and wellness, transitional housing, and community-wide arts and cultural events. We center the experiences of those most impacted in our communities in everything we do, with a commitment to reducing barriers at every level of our work.
