Mônica Vargas is the National Superintendent of Operations at CIEE. Mônica has over 20 years of experience in the education field. Mônica started their career as an assistant of studies and research at IEL - Instituto Euvaldo Lodi. After two years, they became a teacher and then a coordinator of a technical course at the same institute. In 2005, they joined CIEE as a project manager. In their current role, they are responsible for the daily operations of CIEE.
Mônica Vargas has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from UDF Centro Universitário and an MBA in Business Management from FIA Business School.
