Federica Visioli

Federica Visioli has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Federica began their career in 2000 as a Human Resources Generalist at Getronics, where they worked until 2006. Federica then moved on to the IEO Istituto Europeo di Oncologia as an HR Senior Specialist from 2006 to 2007. Following this, they joined Humanitas Mirasole spa as an HR Manager, where they worked from 2007 to 2016. Currently, Federica holds the position of Head of Human Resources at CDI Centro Diagnostico Italiano S.p.A., where they have been working since 2016.

Federica Visioli obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in 1999. Federica then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from ISTUD Business School in 2001. In 2010, they completed an Associate's Degree in Counseling Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services from Centro Berne - counseling. Currently, they are enrolled in a part-time Master program in Administration, Finance, and Control at SDA Bocconi. Federica Visioli also holds a certification as a Professional Counselor from ASSOCOUNSELING - Centro Berne.
