Jorge Henriques is a dedicated ophthalmologist with extensive experience in the medical field. Currently serving as an MD at Centro Hospitalar e Universitário de Coimbra since January 2016, as well as a PhD student at the University of Coimbra, Jorge has held the position of Medical Director at Centro Clínico Vouga since May 2015. Jorge's professional journey includes roles as an ophthalmologist at various institutions including Cliria, Private Hospital of Aveiro, and Centro Hospitalar Lisboa Norte. Additionally, Jorge served as Chief Resident in the Ophthalmology Department at University Hospital of Coimbra and has received specialized training in cornea, cataract, and refractive surgery in Spain. Jorge holds a Master’s degree in Ophthalmology and a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Coimbra.
