Sal Hazboun has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. In 1990, they worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Helene Curtis. In 1994, they served as a Plant Superintendent at Tucker Housewares. Starting from 1995, Sal joined Scholle Corporation as a General Manager, Director of Manufacturing, and Plant Manager. Sal played a crucial role in improving profit margins, reducing inventory levels, and increasing the profitability of the North America Container Division. In 1996, they continued their role at Scholle Packaging, Inc. In 2003, Sal joined InterTrade Industries as a General Manager and Vice President, where they were responsible for turning around and growing the manufacturing operation. Sal achieved significant sales growth during their tenure. In 2005, Sal joined Centro, Inc. as the General Manager and later transitioned to being the Director of Business Development & Marketing. Eventually, they became the Vice President of the company. During their time at Centro, Sal had P&L responsibility for a business unit that produced custom rotational molded products for well-known OEMs. In 2007, Sal became the President of Plastics Molding & Design Plus dba Conover Plastics. Sal Hazboun completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, attending from 1986 to 1990. Later, from 2002 to 2004, they pursued an MBA degree from Benedicine University, specializing in Operations Management & Logistics and Management of Innovation & Growth.
