Javier Suescun Abril

Javier Suescun Abril is an experienced IT Manager at the Centro Nacional de Energías Renovables since February 2004, where responsibilities include defining and monitoring strategic, tactical, and operational lines in information and communication systems, as well as managing resources and budgets to meet organizational objectives. Additionally, Javier serves as the Decano of the Colegio Profesional de Ingeniería Informática de Navarra, where contributions include founding the organization and leading its governance. Javier's academic experience includes serving as an associate professor in the Mathematics and Computer Science department at the Universidad Pública de Navarra from September 2002 to September 2017, focusing on application analysis and organizational methodologies in Information Systems. Previous professional roles include Head of Development at Interesa.es and Analyst Programmer at CIDAT - Ibermática Euskaltel. Javier holds a Doctorate in Project Management and an Engineering degree in Computer Science from the Universidad del País Vasco.
