Javier Suescun Abril is an experienced IT Manager at the Centro Nacional de Energías Renovables since February 2004, where responsibilities include defining and monitoring strategic, tactical, and operational lines in information and communication systems, as well as managing resources and budgets to meet organizational objectives. Additionally, Javier serves as the Decano of the Colegio Profesional de Ingeniería Informática de Navarra, where contributions include founding the organization and leading its governance. Javier's academic experience includes serving as an associate professor in the Mathematics and Computer Science department at the Universidad Pública de Navarra from September 2002 to September 2017, focusing on application analysis and organizational methodologies in Information Systems. The National Renewable Energy Centre (CENER) is a technology centre, specialised in applied research and in the development and promotion of renewable energies. It has excellent qualifications and recognised national and international prestige. The CENER-CIEMAT Foundation started its activity in 2002 and its Board of Trustees is comprised of the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness, Ciemat (Research Centre for Energy, Environment and Technology), the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism, and the Government of Navarra.
