Jason Cagnon has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jason started their career as an Electronics Maintainer in the US Army from 1993 to 1997. After that, they worked as a Field Service Engineer at Caldon from 2002 to 2003, overseeing the installation and commissioning of ultrasonic flow measurement devices in nuclear power plants. Jason then took on the role of Sales Engineer at Hoffman-Kane Distributors Inc. from 2003 to 2005, increasing sales through research and analysis.

From 2005 to 2010, they joined BEA Sensors Americas, where they served as a Technical Support Specialist and later became a Strategic Sales Specialist/Director of Strategic Sales. During this time, Jason managed the development of sensing solutions and collaborated with key global manufacturers.

Jason worked there until 2016, when they joined dormakaba as a Distribution Sales Manager. In this role, they developed a distribution network and defined strategies to achieve segment objectives. Jason worked cross-functionally as a part of the sales leadership team.

Most recently, Jason Cagnon worked as the Director of Sales for Elliott Manufacturing and Power Packer N.A. at CentroMotion starting from September 2019.

Jason Cagnon completed their Masters of Business Administration (MBA) at PennWest California from 2007 to 2009. Jason also earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering Technology from PennWest California in 2002. Additionally, they participated in the HALMA Executive Development Program at Ashridge Business School in 2013 and completed the HALMA Management Development Program at Henley Business School in 2008.
