Joost Munsterhuis

Joost Munsterhuis has extensive work experience in operations and supply chain management. Joost is currently serving as the Sr Director of Operations at CentroMotion since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Pentair from 2020 to 2022, holding the roles of Integrated Supply Chain director (Operations & Sourcing) and Business Unit Operations Director. From 2019 to 2020, Joost was the Sr. Director Operations & Sourcing Eurasia at CentroMotion, where they led international teams and focused on safety, quality, delivery, and costs/productivity. Joost also worked at Actuant Corporation from 2014 to 2019, taking on leadership roles such as Operations Leader EMEA and Continuous Improvement Leader Europe. Joost began their career at Power-Packer in 1996, where they held various positions including Quality, HSSE, Lean & Manager Projects, Global Logistics Manager, Manager Projects, Project Leader, Key Account Manager, Production Team Leader, and Quality System Engineer.

Joost Munsterhuis holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Total Quality Management from the University of Hull, which they obtained from 1995 to 1996. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in mechanical engineering and production management at Saxion University of Applied Sciences from 1991 to 1995. Joost also attended Hofstede MTS Hengelo from 1987 to 1990. Joost received additional certification in "Gemba Kaizen: A Commonsense Approach to Continuous Improvement" from LinkedIn in 2021. Joost's education also includes primary school at Jozefschool Ootmarsum.
