Cynthia Mercado

Cynthia Mercado Díaz currently serves as the Senior Director of Administration and Operations for CentroNía overseeing Facilities, Food & Wellness, and Human Resources. Cynthia has more than 10 years of experience working in the Human Resources and Administrative field for the private and nonprofit sector. She is a bilingual (English and Spanish) professional with excellent communication, problem solving and client relationship-management skills – a professional achiever and self-starter in a team environment as well as individual. Cynthia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and a Master’s Degree in Personnel Administration, both from the University of Puerto Rico graduating with honors.
