Before that, they worked as the Operations Manager at the same company from 2009 to 2012. Prior to their time at Centrotherm Eco Systems, Joel worked at Chase Corporation, where they served as the Director of Sales & Technical Services, Construction Products Group from 2005 to 2008, and as the Director of Operations, Albany Facility from 2006 to 2007. Additionally, Joel has experience as the President of E-Poxy Engineered Materials, where they successfully achieved profitability and significant revenue growth before selling the company to Chase Corporation in 2005.
Joel Dzekciorius completed their education at several prestigious institutions. In 1996, they enrolled in Villanova University and pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, which they successfully earned in 1999. After gaining valuable knowledge in the field, Joel decided to further enhance their expertise by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute - The Lally School of Management from 2008 to 2009. Not content with just their MBA, Joel sought to expand their skills in the digital business realm. In 2020, they embarked on an Executive Education program at the MIT Sloan School of Management, specializing in Digital Business Strategy. Joel completed this program in 2021, further solidifying their knowledge and capabilities in this area.
