Hans-Hasso Kersten

Hans-Hasso Kersten is the current Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Centrotherm. Prior to this, they were the CFO for centrotherm international AG, mateco GmbH, and Microlog Logistics AG. Hans-Hasso has also served as the Director of Finance and IT for P&O Trans European Management GmbH.

Kersten has over 25 years of experience in finance and executive management. Hans-Hasso has a proven track record in leading companies through periods of growth and transformation. Hans-Hasso is an expert in M&A activities, restructuring, and turnaround situations.

Kersten is a graduate of the University of Cologne. Hans-Hasso is a certified public accountant and holds an MBA from INSEAD.

Hans-Hasso Kersten attended Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, where they studied economics and information technologies, and received their Diplom Volkswirt degree. Hans-Hasso then pursued a one-year scholarship in Business Administration, Management and Operations at the University of Manitoba.
