Hon. Byaruhanga was appointed as a Non-Executive Director in October 2016 and serves as a member of the Nomination & Governance Committee.
Hon. William Byaruhanga is the Attorney General of the Republic of Uganda, a position he assumed in June 2016. Prior to his appointment as the Attorney General, he was the Principal Partner, Kasirye, Byaruhanga and Company Advocates, where he specialised in Investments and Corporate Finance Law.
Hon. Byaruhanga holds a Bachelor of Law Degree from Makerere University and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, Uganda. He is a member of the Ugandan and East African Law Society.
