Tara Wilson

Tara Wilson is an experienced healthcare operations leader with a strong background in managing outpatient clinics and physician practices. Currently serving as the Regional Practice Operations Coordinator at CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region since May 2023, Tara oversees six managers and more than 60 providers across multiple specialties while managing critical areas such as budgeting, revenue performance, and recruitment. Previously, as Practice Director at Steward Health Care for nearly six years, Tara held similar responsibilities. Tara's career began at IASIS Healthcare, where Tara managed daily operations for multiple clinics, contributed to clinic expansions, and established strong relationships within the community and leadership teams. Tara holds a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Technical Sales from Weber State University.
