Tim Boden

Tim Boden serves as the General Manager for Exchange Tower & One William at Centuria Capital Group since October 2021, while also holding the position of Asset Manager at Primewest since May 2021. With a robust background in real estate management, Tim has previously worked as the Director of Real Estate Management Commercial at Colliers International and as General Manager at CBRE’s Forrest Centre. Tim's extensive experience also includes roles at Jones Lang LaSalle and Colliers International, where leadership positions spanned diverse portfolios. Tim began in the field as a Chartered Surveyor at HEALEY & BAKER LTD and holds a BSc (Hons) in Urban Land Administration from the University of Portsmouth.
