Carol Ackley

Carol Ackley is an experienced mental health professional with a diverse background in peer support and volunteer coordination. Currently serving as a Peer Recovery Specialist Trainer at Centurion Health since May 2021, Carol previously held roles at Mental Health America of the MidSouth from July 2017 to May 2021 as a Peer and Volunteer Specialist. Carol also worked as a Volunteer Recruitment Coordinator at the Mental Health Association of the Southern Tier from November 2014 to July 2017 and served as Associate Program Director at the Alzheimer's Association® from January 2014 to November 2014. Earlier career experience includes managerial and social work roles at various organizations, such as DWC, Oak Hill Manor, Foodnet Meals on Wheels, West Berkshire Community Care, and the Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust. Carol Ackley holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Commonwealth University-Mansfield.
