Melissa Bourke MS, SHRM-CP is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Statewide HR Manager at Centurion Health since May 2016. Melissa has held several positions within the organization, including Human Resources Business Partner, Associate HR Business Partner, Senior HR Administrator, and HR Administrator. Prior to Centurion Health, Melissa worked at Garnet & Gold from August 2007 to May 2016, where roles included Store Manager, Assistant Buyer, and Sales Associate. Additionally, Melissa gained experience as an OPS Clerk at the Florida Department of State Division of Corporations in early 2011. Melissa holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Capella University (2017-2019) and a Bachelor's of Science in Merchandising from Florida State University (2006-2010).
