Erik Ashton

Erik Ashton is a seasoned hospitality and restaurant management professional with extensive experience across various roles. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Centurion Restaurant Group since December 2024, Erik previously held the position of General Manager at matchbox, overseeing a $2.4 million per year restaurant. Erik's leadership capabilities were further demonstrated as a Member of the Board of Directors at Tysons Regional Chamber of Commerce, where Erik chaired the Health and Wellness Committee. With a strong background in operations and business management, Erik also worked as Operating Partner at Bolay Fresh Bold Kitchen and Chief Business Officer at All For You Creative Catering, LLC. Additionally, Erik managed multi-unit operations at Great American Restaurants and educational tours as Director of Program Operations at Academic Expeditions. Erik holds a Master's degree in Tourism Administration from The George Washington University School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Theatre from Ithaca College.
