Shirsho Banerjee

Shirsho Banerjee is currently serving as a Research Assistant under Dr. Pallab Das at Centurion University of Technology and Management since November 2023. Shirsho has held multiple leadership and editorial positions at Amity University Kolkata, including President and Executive Board Member of the AUK Debate Club and Associate Editor of the Indian Corporate Law Review. Legal internships have been completed at S. MAJUMDAR & CO., LiveLaw, the High Court of Calcutta, and the National Human Rights Commission of India, with a focus on topics such as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, trademark rights, and judicial review. Shirsho is pursuing a BA LLB(H) degree from Amity University Kolkata, expected to graduate in 2024, following a successful academic journey that began at St. Xavier's Collegiate School from 2006 to 2019.
