Jean Paul Debono

Jean Paul Debono is a partner at Quazar since January 2023, following the merger of Ascertic and Debono & Associates. In addition, Jean Paul serves as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee at INSIGNIA CARDS LIMITED, as well as a member of the Risk Committee. Jean Paul holds Non-Executive Director roles at Stivala Group Malta and serves on various committees for The Malta Institute of Accountants, including Chairman of the SMP Advisory Group. Additionally, Jean Paul is a Registered European Tax Advisor member with CFE Tax Advisers Europe and holds partnership roles in Centuro Global and Xero. Previously, Jean Paul was the Managing Partner at Debono & Associates and has actively participated in multiple committees within ACCA and Accountancy Europe. Jean Paul’s educational background includes a Master's degree from ACCA and a degree in Taxation from the Malta Institute of Taxation.
