Darlene Prisco

Darlene Prisco has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several organizations. Darlene began their career in 1997 at Dress Barn, where they quickly moved up the ranks and demonstrated excellence in customer service and theft deterrence. At Lord & Taylor, they served as an Area Sales Manager, overseeing various departments and promoting a culture of success. During their time at Century 21 Stores, Prisco held multiple roles, including Assistant Store Manager, Training Specialist, Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Market Leader. Darlene was responsible for driving sales and service, employee engagement, and training initiatives. Darlene also worked as a Customer Service Manager at IKEA. Most recently, they held the position of People and Culture Manager at Primark. Currently, Prisco is the Human Resources Director at Century 21 Stores.

Darlene Prisco received their High School degree from H. Frank Carey in the years 1991 to 1995. Afterwards, they pursued a Retail Management Associate's Degree at Nassau Community College from 1996 to 1998.
