Nancy Straface

Nancy Straface has extensive experience in human resources, primarily in the retail industry. Nancy started their career at Loehmann's in 1993 as a Vice President of Human Resources and held that role until 2009. Following that, Nancy joined Century 21 Department Stores in 2014 as the Vice President of Human Resources. Nancy later became the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company.

Nancy Straface holds a Bachelor's degree in English and Education from the University of Utah.
