Joe Lins

Joe Lins has a wealth of experience in the real estate industry. Joe started their career in 1985 as a Branch Sales Manager at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Yorba Linda, CA. In 1995, Joe became the President of CENTURY 21 Discovery and held this position until February 2018 when they also took on the roles of CEO and Owner. In 2008, they became the President of Equity Escrow Group, LTD.

Joe Lins began their education journey in 1970 at St. Paul High School, where they studied until 1974. Joe then attended Rio Hondo College from 1974 to 1976. From 1976 to 1978, they pursued a field of study in Real Estate Finance at California State University, Long Beach. Additionally, in March 2022, Joe obtained a certification as a Professional Standards Ambassador from the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®.
