Olivier Delafosse

Olivier Delafosse is an experienced professional with a diverse background in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Currently serving as Président at OD Partners, Olivier has been involved in various dining establishments in Normandy since April 2010. Additionally, Olivier holds a position at Century 21 France and has co-managed Friendly Guest House in Hoian, Vietnam, since May 2012. Previous ventures include ownership of Café Mango in Caen from April 2017 to August 2020 and Fleur de Sushi from September 2013 to September 2016. Olivier also established Femmes En Forme, a fitness concept exclusively for women, where service ran from April 2007 to April 2015.
