Rich Costa

Rich Costa has extensive experience in real estate and emergency services. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Shady Acre Estates Mfg Home Community since January 2019, Rich has also been involved in real estate sales and property development with Century 21 North East since January 1985, along with managing Eagle Diversified LLC, focusing on real estate development and construction since March 1998. Prior to these roles, Rich served as a Fire Captain for the City of Brockton from November 1986 until January 2019. Rich holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and Fire Science from Anna Maria College and a Bachelor's degree in Fire Science from Salem State University.
