Chad Coulter

Chad Coulter is a licensed realtor at Century 21 Northwest Realty since December 2020, with experience in various sales and management roles. Prior to real estate, Chad worked as an outside sales representative at Modern City Solar for a brief period in 2020 and served as a certified medication aide at Edgewood Vista from March 2017 to August 2020. Chad also gained experience in sales operations as a sales intern with the Indoor Football League and held internships as an activities director intern and head junior high football coach at Shiloh Christian School in 2019 and 2018, respectively. Chad holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports and Leisure Management from the University of Mary, awarded in 2020, and holds a high school diploma from Shiloh Christian School, completed in 2016.
